We work exclusively with certified precious metals such as 925 sterling silver, 750 yellow gold, and 950 platinum. We source gemstones from selected dealers in Idar-Oberstein and the Ore Mountains. Each material undergoes a quality inspection before processing.
Yes, we offer a personal design service. You can schedule a consultation in our workshop or via video call. Together we develop a sketch, select the material, and determine the production time. A unique piece starts at about four weeks of production time.
Store your jewelry dry and separate from other pieces. For cleaning, a soft cloth and lukewarm water with a little mild dish soap are sufficient. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and chlorine. For heavy soiling, we offer free cleaning in our workshop.
Yes, we engrave rings, bracelets, and pendants on the inside or outside. The engraving can include lettering, dates, or small symbols. The surcharge is a flat rate of 35 euros, and the production time is extended by two to three working days.
Standard items from our online shop are ready for shipping within five to seven working days. Custom pieces take two to six weeks, depending on complexity. We will discuss the exact delivery date with you before production.
